Your accounts, your calendar, your card machine and your phone line already exist. Complete Tool plugs into them so an invoice raised in the van is in Xero before the engineer has reversed off the drive — and nobody types anything twice.

Accounting

Xero and QuickBooks, done properly.

Contacts, invoices, credit notes and payments are pushed across as they happen and mapped to the right nominal codes. Payments taken through Complete Tool mark the invoice paid on both sides. Sync conflicts are surfaced, not hidden.

  • Invoices, credit notes and payments synced automatically
  • Customers matched to existing contacts, not duplicated
  • Nominal code and tax rate mapping per line type
  • Conflict queue so a change on either side is never silently lost
  • VAT returns summary in Complete Tool, reconciled to what was pushed

Payments

Stripe payments

Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay on every quote deposit and invoice through Stripe. Tap to Pay on the phone. Stripe's standard fees apply; Complete Tool adds no margin.

Calendar & email

Google and Microsoft 365

Jobs and appointments appear on each engineer's own calendar alongside personal events, and conflicts are flagged before they are booked. Email is sent and received from your own mailbox inside Complete Tool over IMAP and SMTP, threaded against the customer.

Build on it

API, webhooks and Zapier

Anything you can do in Complete Tool, your own systems can do too: the whole product sits on a documented REST API with token authentication. Outbound webhooks push 19 kinds of event to your endpoint with HMAC signatures and automatic retries, and Zapier covers the rest without code. Part of the Enterprise arrangement.
